A Message From Franklin Pandoy
Hello!
Throughout my childhood I had many camp experiences from school and church. These experiences are some of the most memorable times of my childhood, and I want to help children from South Los Angeles enjoy the same joy of camp that I had.
In order to do so I am joining UniCamp this year at UCLA! We are a group of UCLA students aiming to giving children an experience of a lifetime by bringing them to camp. However, it costs about $650 to bring each kid, so as a counselor I am fundraising $500 to subsidize the cost.
One of the goals of our camp is to teach children about social justice. By teaching these children about equality and the social issues that are all over their community we hope to empower each child with knowledge, while making camp a blast for them!
If you want to support me you could donate:

I will be thinking of incentives/rewards for donations so stay tuned!
In Support of UCLA UniCamp
UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
