- 20th Annual UCLA UniCamp Camp-A-Thon!
- Session Deux Grassroots: The Village Session
A Message From Session Deux Grassroots: The Village Session
Session Deux Grassroots: The Village Session is focused on creating community consciousness and self-awareness for all of our campers. This week of camp strives to bring students from diverse backgrounds together and welcome them to a safe and creative space to explore their identities and the endless possibilities that camp has to offer. The idea of “each one teach one”ensures that the community progresses in leadership, education, and unity, together. The goal is to have every camper learn invaluable skills during our week of camp, and that they go back into their communities and schools to diffuse this information to their peers.
In Support of UCLA UniCamp
UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
