A Message From Pudding Woodsey
UCLA UniCamp has been a very huge part of my life, its basically a family tradition. I used to be a camper since I was 10 and as soon as I got the chance to volunteer I did. When I heard about UniCamp doing a grief session, I automatically knew I wanted to volunteer. Death has a super huge impact on a child's life, I know because I lost my older sister when I was younger. I know death and grief are very hard to deal with and kids cope with that burden everyday, alone. I know what its like to feel sad, angry, loneliness, resentment, etc. this session helps kids live life with grief because it doesn't go away, just as the love for a loved one doesn't go away. Help send a child to camp to learn and grow with the loss of a loved one. Thank you!

UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
