A Message From Patrick Star Woodsey

Hi, my name is Richard Trejo (a.k.a Patrick Star) and I've joined Unicamp, Specifically Unizone which helps kids who are dealing with grief. We will be working with underserved communities. My goal is to fundraise 450$ to help send a kid to camp. At camp kids will be able to make connections in an atmosphere where they can relate to each other. This safe space will help then heal and grieve. Camp will impact their life positively to continue their lives having new skills to cope with their grief. What’s a better way to finish my first year at UCLA than giving to others. Thank you for helping me fundraise any help is really appreciated.

UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
