A Message From Justin Shinn
Hi there! Im sure most of you know me as Justin, but I chose my camp name to be KFC. No not, Kentucky Fried Chicken, but Korean Fried Chicken.
Why did I join? Well, for one I love to work with kids, and think they represent a chance to be better than what we used to be.
Additionally, the core of who I am is largely grounded from my childhood.
I consider myself extremely lucky, as I lived in an area where schools were properly funded and with those resources I gained an appreciation for the wide spectrum and impact an education can have on others. Many of the children unicamp works with, unfortunately, do not receive the same luxuries.
By reaching the $500 mark, unicamp can send each kid to camp without them paying a single cent!
With my Leadership counsel who are so inventive and fun, a co counselor to kill for, Unicamp is one thing this summer im looking forward to, and not only would I greatly appreciate the support but Im sure the kids will also.
Best,
Korean Fried Chicken
