Hi everyone! I have recently volunteered with UCLA's official student charity UniCamp. As some of you may know, I am an active hiking and outdoor enthusiast. I am volunteering with UniCamp to help children of low-income families experience the wonders nature has to offer while preparing high school students for the social and academic life of a college student. Along with other UniCamp volunteers, I will be striving to help high school students maintain mental and emotional well being as they pursue their collegiate endeavors at an intensive university environment such as UCLA. The philanthropic institution UniCamp is giving me the opportunity to impact the lives of our nations future by showing high school students that various organizations exist within their community that help people from all walks of life. UniCamp is an organization where the enjoyment and success of others is highly promoted by the good gestures of volunteers within their local community. We will be sending over 1000 students, led by about 300 volunteers on a weeklong camping trip that would not be possible without your generous donations.
