A Message From Amy Tat

UniCamp/UniCorps is a combination of the three great loves of my life: UCLA, the environment, and most of all service. My freshman year at UCLA, my best friend and I talked about what our dream jobs would be if nothing else in the world mattered. He said he would be a farmer. I said I would be a summer camp counselor. Thanks to UniCamp and our supporters, I get to live the dream every summer.

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
