A Message From Natalie Bagaporo

This year, I’ve been selected to be a part of the UniCorps, part of UniCamp’s Older Camper Program. I’ve been a part of UniCamp for the past two years as a classic camp counselor and dance specialist. Each session was a blessing in unique and fulfilling ways, giving me more than I could have ever hoped for. The idea behind community is giving and supporting. It’s a constant cycle that’s only possible when people constantly work to empower each other. The UniCamp community has given me the opportunity to serve in the communities, to explore the field of community health, to be responsible for a large group of people independent of myself, and to create meaningful and lasting relationships with some of the most amazing, selfless, and loving individuals I have ever come to know. This year, I want to challenge myself to be more to give more, and to love more. Please support me in my journey of giving

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
