Hey everyone, Doe here! This is my first year as a UniCamp volunteer counselor, however, I am no stranger to summer camps! I have spent three summers attending numerous camps as a child and this past summer, "Doe" was born when I became a summer camp counselor for the first time! My experiences within the camp world - the feeling of being a kid again, fostering and promoting growth amongst campers, connecting with nature, forming new relationships - is what sparked my interest in becoming a UniCamp volunteer and the true Woodsey Magic has already become apparent. For this reason, I am beyond excited to head up the mountain for camp this summer and meet all the campers! As we begin to gear up for summer, fundraising is a vital aspect of UniCamp. With the help of your donations, many campers are able to attend camp. Many of my core childhood memories come from my years at summer camp, so it truly means the world to allow others to have similar camp experiences.
