A Message From Miguel Meraz

Hello family and friends! If you have made it to this page that means there is another camp season upon us! I am back again with my third year volunteering for UCLA UniCamp, this year as the Session Program Director for Session 4, partnered with UCLA Horace Mann Community School. UniCamp means a lot to me personally, as I have seen first hand what a week of camp can do for students, and the growth that takes place up the mountain. In order to make this possible, we rely on donations to help subsidize the cost for campers and their families. Any amount helps, and all goes a long way! UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
