A Message From Yondonjamts Jigjidsuren
Hello, My name is Yondon "CHOCOPIE" Jigjidsuren. I named myself after a Korean snack enjoyed by many and represented who I am as a person as I am sweet and loves chocolates. I am writing to you to help me join our mission and organization of UniCamp and help us give children from underserved areas of Los Angeles a thrilling summer experience with all costs waived. We need your contributions because we do have running costs to consider. Unicamp has served as a philanthropic organization at UCLA for 85 years and has served over 60,000 youth and over 10,000 volunteers, myself included. Please help us in our mission to serve the children from numerous areas of Los Angeles and help spread fun and joy with our camp this summer, especially after the Pandemic. I have worked with children through various climate change workshops in Santa Monica, Earth Day children's event presenters, and planning to continue my fight for children at UCLA. Join my mission to serve children for climate change and sustainability.
In Support of UCLA UniCamp
UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
