A Message From Elizabeth Pinos
Unicamp is a non-profit organization that allows children from underserved communities in LA to experience summer camp while making friends, and having fun doing recreational activities like archery, dance, arts & crafts. etc. This is my first year as a volunteer and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to help create a safe space and supportive environment where children don't need to worry about daily life stressors. These communities have been hit the hardest due to the pandemic. This past year has made it impossible for children to go outside and play with their friends or just take time to destress and be a kid. If our fundraising goal is met, I will be immensely thankful. Thank you for taking the time to read this! Any donation amount would be appreciated. :)
In Support of UCLA UniCamp
UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
