A Message From Cassie Bizicki
Hello! Welcome to my fundraising page for 2021! I am so excited for my third year with UCLA UniCamp and I can't wait to spread even more Woodsey Magic this upcoming summer. While COVID has proven to be an unprecedented challenge (forcing us to go online last summer), I am beyond hopeful that camp will once again return home to Camp River Glen in 2021.
For those unfamiliar with what exactly UniCamp is, it is a non-profit, student-lead organization at UCLA that serves the youth of Los Angeles by raising money in order to subsidize costs for campers. Volunteers then accompany the kids up to camp and act as their camp counselors for an incredible and magical week of camp! Throughout the summer there are six week-long sessions and this year I am lucky enough to be part of the leadership team for Session Three. I can't wait to help train volunteers and show some amazing kids the wonder of UniCamp, but I couldn't do any of it without your help!
