When I heard about this opportunity I remembered all the times I wish I could have gone to summer camps and summer programs, but I always knew my family couldn't afford it. What Unicamp does with providing underserved youths with the opportunity to be exposed to college and outdoorsy activities to keep them safe and off the street while not charging the parents for it is a one in a lifetime opportunity. By helping me reach my fundraising goal you will have the opportunity to help send one kid to camp or subsidize the cost !

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
