Hello! This is Val, also known as Pickles! Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page :) This summer, I've decided to join Unicamp, which allows me to spend a week of my summer at camp as a counselor!! (woohoo!!!!!!!) This camp is unique in that it hopes to give kids from more underserved areas in Los Angeles a week to be carefree and really enjoy being a kid, BUT in order to do this, I need to fundraise to help lower the costs of camp!! UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
