A Message From BJ Fong

I volunteered for UCLA Unicamp for my first time last year. It was one of the most gratifying and life changing weeks of my short life. UCLA Unicamp has so much to offer from the friends you make to the youth lives you impact to the leadership and relationship skills you build. I am very passionate about helping the LA community and helping out those with less resources than myself. My amazing experience that I had last year made it an easy-no brainer decision to come back. I do my best and whatever I can to be a positive influence on someone's life. But at the same time, I learn a lot about myself and undergo a changing process of my own.

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
