In Shrek-ssion, we celebrate individuality, growth, and the power of community. Like Shrek, who learns to embrace his differences and let others in, we encourage volunteers to grow as authentic leaders by supporting one another and stepping beyond comfort zones. Together, we create a space where campers feel empowered to embrace their layers, build friendships, and discover that true strength comes from self-acceptance, helping others, and accepting help. Our mission is to foster a swamp-sized community of courage, compassion, and connection—where every voice has a place in the story.
