A Message From Session 7 (Outdoor Science Opportunities)
UCLA UniCamp witnessed immense success last year with our pilot program Outdoor Science Opportunities (OSO). This session dedicated to outdoor environmental education, awareness, and sustainability will focus on hands-on experiments on such topics as forest ecosystems, wildlife ecology, sustainability, and accountability for the world in which we live. This year we plan to continue our efforts towards educating and inspiring our campers about the intricacies of the physical world in the hopes that these young thinkers will become the future leaders of environmental innovation and sustainability.
