A Message From Eduardo Velazquez

Hi all! I am fairly new to Unicamp but have worked with the youth before, and to me, the youth are the most important part of our future, as they will literally be the leaders of tomorrow. I feel that helping these youth understand what some of the social inequalities that are present in our world today will be for the best to help their personal growth. We are able to provide these resources to the youth absolutely free due to the generous donations from our sponsors like yourself! UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
