The Fundraising Page of Natalie Chin

Hi everyone! UniCamp is the official UCLA charity organization that fundraises to subsidize the cost for a child from at risk areas in Los Angeles to go to camp for a week. Students pay $99 for a week a camp while we fundraise the rest of the payment to sponsor a child for a life changing week at UniCamp. From my many year attending camps, I know how impressionable camp can be for a child. You learn skills such as leadership, cooperation, and friendship. You participate in activities that you would never have an opportunity to do anywhere but camp. You are a part of family at camp and are share a common unifying experience. You learn more about yourself that you would every think possible. A week at camp is an irreplaceable experience and lasts a lifetime. This session (Session 4!) focuses on the topic of anti-bullying. In today’s society with Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr new forms of bullying like cyberbullying are becoming more and more prevalent. That means that the fight against bullying is even more important now than it was before. Please help me send a child to camp for week by helping me reach my $480 fundraising goal!
