A Message From Anthony Santiago
Hi! You've clicked on my page, great! I'm a third-year undergrad at UCLA, and this summer I'll be participating in the Leadership and Social Justice Activism session for UCLA Unicamp! We will be hosting high school-aged youth from the San Fernando Valley at camp, where we will be helping our campers develop their social-emotional learning, leadership, development, and communication skills. Our goal is to help our campers reach their goals in higher education and beyond by helping them develop these skills. Us (the volunteers) are trained during the school year, and we learn all the games, songs, and important topics that ensure camp goes well and is nothing less the best week of our camper's summer.
This (here) is where you come in and make it possible for these kids to come to camp. We (Unicamp) help subsidize the cost of camp for our campers by fundraising. Those who know me are well aware of how passionate I am about working with kids and empowering students of all grade levels. But, this isn't about me. This is about the students out there with goals of obtaining a higher education, who are looking for a place to develop the leadership skills that will help them make the world a better place.
If you are willing and able to, please make a donation! $1, $10, $100... Any amount is appreciated :) thanks!!

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
