A Message From Grace Fratello-Hakim

Dear Friends and Family, I am so excited to be a part of UCLA's UniCamp this summer, an organization I have looked forward to volunteering with since I got into UCLA last March! UniCamp is UCLA's official non-profit organization, providing summer camp to kids in the greater Los Angeles area who may not have access to a summer camp in any other capacity. The specific initiative I will be working with encourages high school age youth to pursue a secondary education all while emboldening them to enact social justice within their own communities at home and once they reach college! I am so eager to be able to make a difference with UniCamp this summer and I would greatly appreciate any donation you can make! Love, Grace

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
