A Message From Stone VAN LIGTEN

Hey Friends, Family, and anyone who wants to support a great cause! I am Stone Van Ligten. Most of the people donating will know my real name but this year I am a Head Counselor for the Outdoor Education Session. That means that not only do I get to participate in giving kids from low income areas a great experience and an introduction to environmental science, I now get to be the one of the leaders of this session! My partners and I will be leading over 40 student volunteers in our session! All the donations that you give will go towards sending a low income camper up to Unicamp. At our camp, campers will participate in activities such as hiking, arts and crafts, archery, and they will also be learning numerous things about Environmental Science. Thank You guys from the bottom of my heart for all of your support!!

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
