A Message From Lauren Respicio Rueff

UniCamp is an organization that I hold near and dear to my heart, namely because it gives me the opportunity to positively influence young individuals who come from communities like my own. All I ever hope to impart to others is an understanding that someone will listen and that someone cares, because I can say from experience that knowing this makes all the difference. With UniCamp I can do this and so much more, and it wouldn't be possible without your love and support! Thank you SO much for making my fourth year with camp possible. UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
