The Fundraising Page of Lucas "Katmai" Goulart

I joined UniCamp last year on a whim, thinking it would be a fun thing to do during the summer. Fun it certainly was, but UniCamp is so much more to me than an enjoyable extracurricular. Through this community, I have found a place where I feel like I belong and can make a genuine impact on underserved youth. Watching over my cohort of 10 and 11-year-old boys taught me a great deal about my abilities as a leader and the capacity I have to make a lasting, positive impression. The joy I saw in my campers sparked a fiery passion to expand access to outdoor spaces and experiences for underserved communities. I wanted to become part of the LSHIP team this year because I am driven to inspire other new volunteers to find their community, their voice, and a passion for serving the youth. Any donation, big or small, helps me achieve these goals and provide vital support to a camper's family, so that UniCamp can be fun and affordable!
