Hi everyone 🤍 I’m currently fundraising for UCLA UniCamp, an organization that sends underserved youth to summer camp. For many of these kids especially those in the foster care system, camp is so much more than just a fun week away. It’s a chance to feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. It’s a place where they can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and simply be kids surrounded by positive role models who believe in them. This cause is especially close to my heart. My family has worked with foster children for over five years, and I’ve seen firsthand the challenges they face the instability, the uncertainty, and the weight they carry at such a young age. I’ve also seen how much of a difference consistent support and encouragement can make in their lives. That’s why being part of UniCamp means so much to me. I want to help give these kids a summer they’ll never forget a week where they can laugh freely, try new things, make lasting friendships, and feel truly valued. As a student volunteer, I’m raising $450 to help cover the cost of sending one camper to camp. Every dollar goes directly toward giving a child this life-changing experience.
