A Message From Nicholas Zhou
Hey everyone! I'm Nick (Camp Name: Huckleberry — named after Huckleberry Finn in Strawberry Shortcake), and I'm so excited to volunteer with UniCamp this summer! UniCamp provides a weeklong, unforgettable experience to underserved children, allowing them to interact with other kids, engage in fun activities, and go out of their comfort zones. Here at UniCamp, we want to raise enough money to ensure that campers have a monumental experience without the financial burdens. Although I've reached my $450 goal, I'm trying to raise as much as I possibly can! Every dollar donated has a direct impact on campers, whether it be activities or camp services. No matter the amount, thank you for donating, and I greatly appreciate it!
In Support of UCLA UniCamp
UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
