A Message From Sarah "Ghost" van der Walt

Hi Everyone! This is Sarah, better known up the mountain as Ghost. In Summer 2026, I will be participating in UniCamp as a WALL advisor for the first time. This means I will be leading a group of older campers on a wilderness-based adventure for the week of camp. UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
