A Message From Nicole "Nixie" Hatton
Hey everyone! My name is Nicole "Nixie" Hatton and I am fundraising $450 for UCLA UniCamp, an independently funded 501(c)(3) designed to create and empower the leaders of tomorrow. Through our session, we hope that we can foster a strong sense of confidence and resilience amongst campers and volunteers. We are fundraising to help serve underserved youth to camp this summer for over 700 campers.
This organization truly cares about inspiring others from underserved families to dream big and succeed in life. I did camp last year, and it was truly memorable and life changing. Not only did I make meaningful connections, but I saw campers grow and challenge themselves. Whether it was their first time riding a bike, climbing the Alpine tower, or just trying out new things that they may not have had the opportunity to do otherwise, I feel that camp positively impacted everyone. Any and all support will help us provide these kids with the tools to make a difference. Thank you for your time and interest!

UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
