A Message From Marina Casagrande De Lucca
Hi! I'm Marina, but that's just my heinous name. My camp name is Mar, and 2025 will be my third year as a Unicamp counselor! When I joined Unicamp I knew that it would be a great experience, but it was and has been much more than that. I have met the most amazing kids, fellow counselors, leadership, and staff! The experience of being up the mountain is unlike any other, and I am thrilled that I am doing it again.
Camp sessions might last one week, but there is SO MUCH time, planning, and training that goes into it. Of course, there's also money. We want to give every kid a chance to be up at camp regardless of their financial situation, which is why I set up this Give Effect.
The reason I keep coming back to Unicamp is because I really do believe in the cause and have seen the positive impacts of this organization. Any amount helps, so thank you so much!

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
