A Message From James "Spud" Snyder
Hi! Thank you for visiting my page!
My name is James (camp name "Spud") and this will be my third summer at UniCamp. The past two summers I served as a Classic Camp Counselor working primarily with boys of the oldest age group and helping them adjust to their first summers at sleep-away camp. It was truly rewarding seeing them come out of their shells and fall in love with nature and the camp experience over the course of just one week.
Now, I am preparing to be a WALL Advisor. In this role, I will be leading campers on a four-day hike through the San Bernardino Mountains. Our goal is to reach the summit of Mount San Gorgonio, the tallest peak in Southern California at an elevation of over 11,000 feet. Through this journey, my campers will learn leadership skills that will last them a lifetime while enjoying the great outdoors.
This trip will not be possible without your support. Any contribution that you can make will go a long way towards helping my campers have a positive and defining summer at UniCamp.
Thank you so much.
Much Woodsey Love,
"Spud"
