Summer camps provide children with unique opportunities to create friendships, connect with nature, learn about life, and experience joy! Some of the most cherished and vivid memories of my own life come from the magical days of summer camp in my youth. Gratitude now invites me to give back. This summer, I will be volunteering as a counselor at UniCamp to help create powerful experiences for a younger generation. In Support of UCLA UniCamp
UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
