A Message From Kelly Singh

Most of you know me by the name of Kelly, but for a week this summer I'll be going by Jellybean! I will be volunteering for the official philanthropy of UCLA students: UCLA Unicamp! Unicamp's goal is to provide a week of fun and an escape from home for foster youth and the underserved youth of LA county. Many of these kids have grown up too fast and never had a chance to be a kid, so we are here to give them back their childhood for a week. Our goal is to provide the week of camp at little to no cost to these families, so any donations made will go towards bringing more kids to camp! UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
