Hello there! Welcome! :)) You all may know me as Giselle, but I'll be Lily this summer! I'm very excited to be a camp counselor for UCLA UniCamp's Session 1: Fostering Equality. UniCamp is a week-long summer program that takes place at Camp River Glen in the San Bernardino National Forest. Our session focuses on bringing queer and foster youth from LA County to Camp River Glen for a week of camp. We support and encourage campers to develop confidence as well as communication, collaboration and leadership skills via amazing camp activities that will help push them out of their comfort zone (i.e. rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts and much more!!). My goal is to fundraise $450 to help provide campers with an unforgettable experience where they can be kids! With your help, we can subsidize the cost of our program!! I wholeheartedly appreciate any donation you are comfortable with and I completely understand if you are unable to donate at this time.
