A Message From Joseline De Leon
Hello everyone! This is my first year volunteering with UCLA Unicamp as a camp counselor and I am fortunate enough to spend one week with kids from all over Los Angeles. Many of these kids come from underserved, low-income communities and UniCamp gives them the chance to go to camp to learn valuable skills and inspiring them to grow and reach their goals all while creating memories and having fun.
Any donation towards my $450 goal helps make camp more affordable for the campers. All donations are also tax-deductible. Thank you for any contribution that you are able to make and for helping to make camp affordable for underserved youth!
What is UniCamp?
UniCamp is an independently funded non-profit that connects UCLA with the community. Each year, UCLA UniCamp inspires over 1,200 children from urban communities to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 450 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp. Because of UniCamp, both volunteers and campers have a chance to: Lead, Play, Learn
