A Message From Isabella Husted

Hi! I’m Bella but you can refer to me as my camp name, Max, if you would like. UniCamp is a great organization dedicated to offering kids across the nation with the opportunity to grow, learn and have fun at a “sleep away” type of camp. A good portion of the kids come from less privileged households and their families may struggle to afford to send their kid(s) to camp. To ensure that all kids get the opportunity to attend camp, the counselors do our best to fundraise enough funds to help buffer the cost that parents/guardians pay for camp. Every penny matters and I greatly appreciate your donation! You can be sure that it is going towards a deserving cause. If you would like to learn more about UniCamp, there are plenty of resources on its legitimacy, traditions and history online. Once again, thank you!

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
