A Message From Aalhad Patankar

Hi everyone, This summer will be my first where instead of (exclusively) melting into my couch with Netflix in the background, I will be doing UCLA UniCamp which I'm very excited for. When I first moved here, going to camp was one of my favorite experiences and I'm looking forward to helping make that happen for high schoolers who wouldn't otherwise have that opportunity. In addition to attending camp as counselors, each UniCamp volunteer is also responsible for raising money to make camp possible for our campers, who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend. I would appreciate any donation and so would our campers. Thank you hugely in advance!

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
