A Message From Heilly Giron

Hi everyone! This year will be my second year volunteering at UCLA Unicamp. Last year I made amazing connections and memories with my campers up the mountain that I will cherish dearly. As we serve the underserved children of the greater Los Angeles area by fundraising to the lower the cost of attending this summer camp program for those who necessarily can’t afford it can. As we prepare for the upcoming summer to educate the importance of health, nutrition, and fitness we ask for your donation to help us get to our goal to provide this experience for the kids this summer. UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
