A Message From Daniela Cervantes
Hello! Welcome to my fundraising page and thank you for taking the time to check it out. UCLA Unicamp is a life-changing non-profit organization that exposes children from the greater Los Angeles area to a week of camp in the beautiful San Bernardino mountains. Unicorps, a program within UCLA Unicamp, specifically has counselors work with high school students. The programs core purpose is to promote leadership and educational awareness through service learning. This program is so close to my heart because I use to be a camper in Unicorps every summer of high school. It taught me the importance of education and how leadership skills are key in life. I met life long friends and I eventually became a counselor! We want to give every student applying an opportunity to come up for a week of camp, but to do so we need to fundraise since we are a non-profit organization. Any donation helps and it is tax-deductible. Your donation will help us get the necessary training, supplies, and overall cost of sending a kid to camp for a week.
Again, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read about this beautiful organization that truly made me the person I am today.
