UCLA Unicamp is not only my home but an incredible organization dedicated to serving our youth. I started as a camper in 2008 and fell in love with the trees, the sounds of birds chirping, and of course the people I met. Years of camp later now I have become one of the volunteers I looked up to! Unicamp helps give children who were just like me an experience they will never forget. UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
