A Message From Alessandra Corrao

Hey, its Tumbleweed! I am raising money for UCLA's Unicamp to send some amazing kids to camp. My goal is to raise $500 and I can reach this goal with the help from friends and family. Being a Woodsey was an amazing opportunity and I want the chance to do it again! I connected with some awesome kids and helped them develop skills in leadership and exposed them to the beauty of nature. This year I will participate in Session Expression, where I can encourage kids to get in tune with their artsy side and help them foster creativity. UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
