A Message From Chris "6'2" Quach

Hi, all! Most of you know me by my legal name haha. However, for a week this summer I will be going by "6-2"! That's because I will be volunteering as a camp counselor with the official charity of the students of UCLA, UniCamp!! UniCamp is a 6-week-long program that takes place at Camp River Glen. I am so excited as this year will be my first time volunteering with this program as part of session 3! The purpose of this program is to give children from underserved communities a week of summer camp focusing on gaining skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication. We train and serve as camp counselors to underserved youth in the LA area. Since these kids come from low-income families, volunteers like myself are in charge of fundraising $450 to subsidize the cost of going to camp and make sure that any kind of financial barrier is not the reason that they cannot attend camp. Any amount you are willing to donate can really help make the best summer for them! If you would like to learn more about UniCamp, feel free to check out our website or contact me! https://www.unicamp.org/ As we say at camp, MWL (much woodsey love), 6'2"
