A Message From Cady "Poppy" Tran

Hi friends! I hope you're all well. I'm Cady Tran, a second year at UCLA and have been given the amazing opportunity of being apart of UniCamp as an OCP advisor for the upcoming camp season. This summer, I will be taking on the role as an advisor for the Older Camper Program (OCP), in which campers within the ages 15 to 17 will be able to experience a week building service leadership skills with UniCorps. Within OCP, campers will learn how to give back to others and most importantly, themselves. I am so thankful to be given the chance to advise this summer's group of young adults and can't wait to see all that we accomplish up at camp. In order to ensure that our campers are given the best experience, I am raising $1000 to subsidize the cost of camp. If possible, I would very much appreciate your donations. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
