A Message From Maninder Kaur

I chose environmental science as a career path not only because I'm passionate about it, but because it is a field dedicated to serving everything on this planet - humans, animals, plants, and even the tiny creatures you can't see but are thriving every day. Outdoor Education is committed to providing knowledge about the environment to the one group that has the best chance of saving our planet - our youth. I am so excited to begin my journey with UniCamp as a volunteer and I hope you'll join me! If you can, please donate and you can help sponsor a child to go to one of the best summer camps out there! UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
