A Message From Dianna Tapia-Figueroa

UCLA gave me the biggest summer blessing when I was in highschool, they allowed me to be a part of unicamp for 3 years. It is a week long camp full of cherishable memories organized and funded by UCLA students. Although I can no longer be a camper I refuse to let anything stop me from going to camp this summer! Unfortunately I am not a UCLA student but I am honored to be able to give back by returning to Camp River Glen as a councilor.

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
