A Message From Kimberly (Tigger) Munoz

Being a camper for years at Camp River Glen shaped me into the bubbly girl I have always been. The counselors I had were the reason behind why leaving camp was so difficult. Every year I never failed to cry about leaving the best week I ever had. Now I will be making those memories for campers. The campers we work with are of low income and as counselors our duty is to make it easier for them to afford a week at camp and that is why I would love if my friends and family can help me raise $500 to help these kids join unicamp and enjoy a week a fun like I did. A counselor did this for me for 7+ years... now I will be doing this for my campers.

UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
