A Message From Jacqueline Colarusso

UniCamp is a charity that provides children from low-income families with the opportunity to attend a week long summer camp where they grow through new experiences. Last summer was my first year as a part of UniCamp, and it was the best decision I have made since coming to UCLA. This year I not only get to be part of UniCamp again, but I am also a part of UniCorps! I am so excited to head back to Camp River Glen to sing songs, play games, and change lives! In order to do my part as a UniCorps volunteer, I need to raise $1200. The money we raise will go toward making this a wonderful experience for the campers! UCLA UniCamp is the official student charity of the University of California, Los Angeles. UniCamp operates as an independently funded non-profit organization linking the University with the community. Each year, UniCamp inspires nearly 1,000 children from underserved families to envision brighter futures by sending them, along with 400 student volunteers, to its residential outdoor summer camp.
